Cancellation or modification requests can only be accommodated before an order has entered processing or fulfillment and cannot be guaranteed.

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC, subject to the terms of our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, high order volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us so that we can review the available tracking and order information.

MerryPaws Home is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and MerryPaws Home.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from MerryPaws Home and is not responsible for fulfilling transactions between you and MerryPaws Home.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising directly from purchases and transactions made with MerryPaws Home.
