Thank you for shopping with MerryPaws Home. We work to provide clear shipping options and reasonable delivery estimates for every order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.
Processing times may vary during holidays, periods of high order volume, or when additional order verification is required.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Standard U.S. Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is available to eligible U.S. delivery areas.
Shipping rates:
- Orders under $69: $7.90 standard shipping
- Orders of $69 or more: Free standard shipping
The $69 free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Estimated standard transit time is generally 5–8 business days after processing.
Estimated total delivery time, including order processing, is generally 8–13 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Extended U.S. Shipping
Some U.S. territories and remote delivery areas require separate shipping rates because fulfillment and delivery costs can vary significantly by destination, package size, weight, and order value.
Extended shipping currently applies to certain destinations such as:
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
Available shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and order value.
Extended U.S. orders are generally estimated to arrive within 7–15 business days after processing, although actual delivery times may vary.
Free standard U.S. shipping promotions do not apply to Extended U.S. Shipping unless specifically stated at checkout.
International Shipping
MerryPaws Home may offer shipping to select international destinations.
International shipping availability may be introduced or updated based on destination, product eligibility, fulfillment availability, shipping costs, customs requirements, and other operational considerations.
The countries and regions available in the checkout shipping-address menu represent the destinations currently available for ordering.
Shipping availability may change from time to time, and not every product can necessarily be delivered to every destination.
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times, when available, are displayed at checkout.
We do not guarantee shipping availability to any destination until a valid shipping option is displayed during checkout.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier.
Whether these charges apply and how they are collected can vary by destination and order.
Unless checkout specifically states that duties or import taxes are included or collected, customers may be responsible for applicable charges assessed upon import or delivery.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Shipping Cost Adjustments
Shipping rates displayed at checkout are based on the information available at the time the order is placed.
For certain remote destinations, oversized items, unusually heavy orders, or other exceptional fulfillment situations, actual delivery costs may differ materially from the amount originally calculated.
If we are unable to fulfill an order using the shipping rate paid at checkout, we will contact you before fulfillment.
You will be given the choice to:
- Approve any revised shipping charge before the order is fulfilled, or
- Cancel the affected order for a refund.
We will not intentionally charge an additional shipping amount without customer approval.
Product and Destination Restrictions
Some products may not be available for delivery to certain locations because of carrier restrictions, product dimensions, weight, local regulations, or fulfillment limitations.
If we determine after an order is placed that an item cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided, we will contact you with available options, which may include cancellation and refund of the affected item or order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
